YOU’RE IN CONTROL

Delete your account.

You can delete your Next Set account and associated data directly in the app, or request help from Next Solutions by email.

Updated 05/10/2026

Before you delete: export any records you want to keep. Account deletion removes your account’s Next Set records and cloud recovery copies. Ordinary backups do not include private cycle records, photos or Coach history.

OPTION 01

From the app.

  1. Sign in to your Next Set account.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the information and complete the confirmation.

Keep an internet connection while deletion completes. If interrupted, use the app’s retry option.

OPTION 02

Can’t access the app?

Send a request from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my Next Set account”. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

Request by email

Or email support@nextsolutions.app. Opening the email draft does not submit a request; you must send it.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your Next Set account records and associated cloud objects, including training history, measurements, saved splits and templates, gym profiles, synced settings, medication records, authentication sessions and cloud recovery copies. Older cloud photo copies, where present, are included in cloud-object removal. A minimal deletion marker remains to prevent delayed writes from recreating deleted data.

What you may need to remove separately

Downloaded files and exported backups stay wherever you saved them. Device-only cycle records, photos and Coach history on other devices cannot be assumed to disappear remotely; remove them on those devices using the relevant app or storage controls. Deleting Next Set does not delete your ChatGPT account.

Support emails and records held by external service providers are handled separately under the relevant policies. If you also want support correspondence removed, include that in your request. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.

What happens next

The in-app process attempts deletion when you confirm and shows whether it completes. For email requests, support will explain the verification and completion steps, let you know about any delays and confirm when your request has been completed.

Uninstalling the app, signing out, disabling a feature or clearing browser storage does not by itself delete your cloud account. For details about retention and local records, read the privacy policy.
