1. Using Next Set

These terms cover the Next Set fitness app and its website, provided by Next Solutions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to the terms or have any parent or guardian permission required in your location.

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Releases on the App Store and Google Play are coming soon; this website does not offer a completed native-app download or take payments.

2. Fitness information, not medical care

Next Set helps you plan and record exercise. Workout targets, exercise guides, Coach answers, body estimates, cycle features and return guidance are informational tools. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation instructions or fertility guidance, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.

You decide which exercises to perform and what weights and reps to use. Suggestions can be unsuitable for your circumstances, and AI-generated answers can be inaccurate. Stop if an activity causes pain or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional help. Medication tracking records a schedule you provide; it does not prescribe or recommend treatment.

Results vary. No particular strength, weight, body-composition or other outcome is promised.

3. Your account and records

Provide accurate information where it affects your account or training setup, protect access to your sign-in email, and do not share one-time codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Keep backups appropriate to the data you want to preserve. Cloud sync does not restore device-only cycle records, photos or Coach history. The privacy policy describes these boundaries. Offline logging and sync depend on device storage and connection availability.

You can stop using the service at any time. To remove your account and associated data, use the app’s account controls or the account-deletion page. Uninstalling an app or closing a browser does not itself delete the account.

4. Acceptable use

Use Next Set lawfully and without interfering with others or the service. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, abuse support or authentication systems, or upload material you have no right to use.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain service security or respond to serious misuse, subject to applicable law.

5. Content and ownership

You retain rights you hold in the information and material you provide. You permit processing needed to deliver the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy.

Next Set’s name, branding, software and website content belong to Next Solutions or their respective rights holders. Permission to use the service does not transfer those rights. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable license. This website uses Inter under the SIL Open Font License.

Product previews on this website use example data and simplified presentation. They are not testimonials, individual results or a promise that every future release will look identical. Apple, App Store, Google Play and related names belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change as Next Set develops. We may update, temporarily interrupt or discontinue parts of the service. Availability can depend on device capabilities, storage, connectivity and third-party services.

Coming soon means the native store release is planned but not yet available. A release date, price, store approval or particular platform feature is not guaranteed by this website. Any future paid offer will state its own price and terms before purchase.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control other websites or providers, and their own terms apply.

7. Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy or that the service will suit every purpose. Take reasonable care when relying on workout suggestions and maintain copies of records you need.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation on responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The revision date is shown above, and material changes will be communicated through appropriate notices. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
